Refund policy

Activ Era — Refund & Returns Policy

At Activ Era, your satisfaction matters. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Change of Mind

  • We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

  • We’re happy to provide an exchange or store credit (valid for 90 days) once the item is returned in original condition.

Returns Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Hygiene Exceptions

  • For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear can’t be returned unless faulty.

Refunds (Faulty/Incorrect Items Only)

  • Refunds are issued only for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size swaps where stock permits.

  • If your preferred size isn’t available, we’ll issue a store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll cover all reasonable return shipping costs for approved faulty/incorrect items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@activera.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA (if applicable).

  3. Pack your item securely and send to:

Tip: Use a trackable service and keep your receipt until your return is processed.

4. Customer must cover the cost of the return.
