At Activ Era, your satisfaction matters. Please read this policy before purchasing.
Change of Mind

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

We’re happy to provide an exchange or store credit (valid for 90 days) once the item is returned in original condition.
Returns Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Hygiene Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear can’t be returned unless faulty.
Refunds (Faulty/Incorrect Items Only)

Refunds are issued only for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed faulty or the wrong item was sent.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size swaps where stock permits.

If your preferred size isn’t available, we’ll issue a store credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll cover all reasonable return shipping costs for approved faulty/incorrect items.
How to Start a Return

We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA (if applicable).
